FIFA U19 World Cup Qualifying: Croatia Put 7 past Azerbaijan To Advance

The Croatia U19 football team have successfully progressed through to the second round of qualifying for the U19 European Championships with a convincing 7-1 win over Azerbaijan in Croatia on Wednesday.

Dinko Jelicic’s side had no mercy for the hapless visitors, with young Hajduk Split striker Tomislav Kis bagging five goals.

The win means Croatia joins the elite phase of qualifying, where they were joined by Georgia who beat Island 2-0.
