Nishimura has been demoted to fourth official after a poor display 8 days ago. Nishimura, who has a history of controversy after once causing a riot in the Congo after a somewhat dubious refereeing performance, was dropped and will now be fourth official in today’s clash between Honduras and Ecuador.
