Feel Good Story from Croatian LADO Group Down Under

With the general news these days increasingly dominated by bad news, it is always nice to get a feel good story come through the desks at Croatia Week. The latest story has come all the way from Australia from Geelong-based Croatian cultural group HKUD LADO. The group, whose mission in their community is the conservation and celebration of Croatia’s cultural heritage such as costumes, musical instruments, dances, and songs from all over Croatia, made it a special Christmas for one group of people after they turned up Christmas Eve to perform at a Retirement Home.
