ZAGREB, June 8 (Hina) – The head of the Croatian Institute of Public Health, Krunoslav Capak, said on Monday football fans would be able to return to stadiums soon.

“Outdoor matches with spectators will begin on June 12 or 14, with epidemiological measures, of course,” he said on the national broadcaster.

After a break due to COVID-19, the first matches of the Croatian Football Federation Cup semi-finals and Round 27 were played without spectators, and the latest decision means that fans can watch the Round 28 matches from the stands.

This is good news also for the Adria Tour which will take place in Zadar on June 20-21, bringing together the best tennis players from the region.
