Electronic Sound Icon St Germain Playing Zagreb 7 November

Famous french musician St Germain will play in Zagreb in just under two weeks…

St Germain, whose real name is Ludovic Navarre, will play at Zagreb’s Tvornica Kulture on 7 November to promote his new album, his first in 15 years, ‘Real Blues’. The album features a sample of Lightnin’ Hopkins’s “You Caused My Heart to Weep” plus appearances from Brazilian percussionist Jorge Bezerra, Didier Davidas, Mamadou Cherif Soumano and Guimba Kouyate.

St Germain’s United States debut, Tourist, was released in 2000 and sold 300,000 copies in the USA and 4 million copies world-wide. Bob Marley, Toots & the Maytals, Miles Davis and Kool and the Gang are among Ludovic’s early influences. Ticket info here.
