Dinamo Confirm Barcelona Offer for Alen Halilović

CroatiaDinamo Zagreb’s Executive Director Zdravko Mamić has revealed details about formal offers from FC Barcelona and Tottenham Hotspur for the club’s 17-year-old star Alen Halilović…

“Here is evidence regarding our jewel and ‘kid’ Alen. I have the original contracts between Dinamo and Tottenham where the club would have received 13 million euros, and the player 6 million euros, but he was not ready for that step,” said Mamić in front of 74 of the club’s members on Monday during their general meeting, before revealing an offer from Spanish giants FC Barcelona.

“Here also is a written offer from FC Barcelona for 15 million euros, depending on Alen’s appearances, which we refused, and in the last six months, Zoran (Mamić -Dinamo’s coach) has been negotiating with Bayern and Inter about Alen,” said Mamić, adding that revealing the offers was not the correct thing to do, but he felt he had to inform the public.
