Days of Italian Culture and Language Begin in Rijeka

A 3-week celebration of Italian language and culture starts on Thursday in the northern Adriatic town of Rijeka when the 2nd Days of Italian Culture and Language kicks off. The 3-week Italiano festival will include exhibitions, workshops, film screenings, competitions and cultural experiences. With a small Italian population living in the north-west of Croatia, the celebration will help strengthen the Croatian-Italian ties. Admission to all events are free of charge.
