ZAGREB, 4 February 2025 – Last year, Croatian Post delivered over 17.5 million parcels to customers across Croatia, marking an increase of 2.5 million parcels compared to 2023.

The growing popularity of e-commerce and the increasing number of domestic and international brands partnering with Croatian Post have been the key drivers behind this continued growth in the parcel business.

For the past eight years, Croatian Post has been undergoing an intensive transformation to adapt to the parcel delivery sector, which is set to become a crucial source of revenue for the postal and logistics industry in the coming years.

To date, €230 million has been invested in modern infrastructure, digitalisation, and employee salaries to lay the foundations for new partnerships and the ongoing expansion of the parcel business.

This investment cycle will continue in 2025, with significant funding allocated to further capacity development and logistics services.

These investments include the acquisition of additional machines for automated sorting of small parcels, expansion of storage facilities, and the completion of an automated order-picking system.

This automated warehousing system will become the backbone of Croatian Post’s strategy to expand its growing range of logistics services for business clients.

Numerous international e-commerce brands from Europe, North America, and Asia deliver their products to customers in Croatia via Croatian Post.

As a result, the company has established itself as a key regional delivery and logistics partner.

With its infrastructure and capacity, Croatian Post has become an essential player in supporting the growth of e-commerce in Croatia.
