Croatian Island Products Christmas Fair Opens

The traditional ‘Croatian island products’ Christmas Fair has opened in the Croatian capital Zagreb…

From 14 – 24 December products from Croatia’s islands will be on display and available for sale at Avenue Mall in Zagreb.

Under the auspices of the Ministry of Regional Development at the City of Zagreb, traditional souvenirs, food, drinks, jams and many more products from islands such as Hvar, Brač, Šolta, Silba, Vis, Rab, Korčula, Krk, Cres and the Pelješac peninsular will be on offer.

The “Croatian Island Product” quality label has been awarded to over 50 island producers for more than 80 products and production lines. The products include wine, brandy, liqueur, olive oil, cheese, confectionery, fish, salad marinades, jams and honey, cosmetic and clothing products and souvenirs.
