Croatian cities added to Michelin Guide – Main Cities of Europe

4 February 2019 – Croatia has been added to the Michelin Guide Main Cities of Europe 2019. 

The famous guide offers travellers top places to eat and stay for a memorable trip with a selection of restaurant and hotels in 38 European cities with three new cities added to the 2019 edition, including two Croatian cities. 

Zagreb and Dubrovnik have been added to the Michelin Guide Main Cities of Europe 2019. 

“Anonymous trained inspectors visit and select restaurants while applying the celebrated Michelin food star-rating system, and use a similar process for hotels. The result: a range of recommended establishments for all tastes and budgets. Travellers can feel confident relying on Michelin since only the best make the cut,” Michelin said. 

Restaurant 360 in Dubrovnik

In Croatia, there are currently 62 restaurants with either a Michelin star or plate (recommended). The three Michelin star restaurants in Croatia currently are Pelegrini in Šibenik, 360º in Dubrovnik and Monte from Rovinj.

Restaurants in the Croatian capital in the Michelin Guide include Noel, Apetit City, Mundoaka, Zinfandel’s, Takenoko, Mano, Dubravkin put, Boban and Le Bistro Esplanade. 

The Michelin Guide – Main Cities of Europe

The Michelin Guide Main Cities of Europe includes cities in Vienna, Brussels, Prague, Dublin, Budapest, Stockholm, Athens and Helsinki.
