Croatian Beer Heading for China

obrOsječka pivovara (Osijek Breweries), located in eastern Croatia, announced yesterday that it has finalised a deal which will see its beer enter the Chinese market…

Osječka pivovara CEO Antonio Drobina says that the first two containers from Croatia will leave for China at the end of June or start of July. The exports to China are expected to return the company around 2 million euros annually. Osječko black radler will be the first beer which the brewery will sell on the Chinese market. At the end of last year Osječka pivovara, whose main export market was Hungary, began selling its beer on the Australian market.
