Croatian Version of OktoberFest Closes in Zagreb

 

Croatia’s version of Munich’s OktoberFest closed last night at Zagreb’s Bundek Lake with concerts from Zvonko Bogdan and Josko Cagalj “Jole”.

RujanFest (SeptemberFest) 2012 set new records with more than 200,000 visitors throughout the ten-day music, food and beer festival. Along with record attendences, new beer consumption records were also with over 850 hectolitres drunk during the festival.

Croatia’s legendary entertainer Miso Mate Kovac was one of the main drawcards for the this year’s RujanFest. Other stars who performed included Zeljko Joksimovic, Jelena Rozga, Maja Suput, Grupa Magazin, Mladen Grdovic, Jasmin Stavros, Gustafi and many more.
