Croatia Rise 2 Places on Latest FIFA Rankings

Croatia, who now top Group H in Euro 2016 qualifying, have moved up from 19th to 17th spot with 977 points. Croatia will have a chance to further improve its rankings when it faces Italy, albeit behind closed doors, in June.

There was no change at the top of FIFA’s rankings with Germany still ahead of Argentina. Belgium have now jumped into third spot, its best effort since 1993. The biggest movers outside the top 20 were Wales (+15 places), Belarus (+15) and Iraq (+11).
