The Croatian football squad and management will be wearing local made suits when they board the plane bound for Brazil for the 2014 FIFA World Cup after the F.A signed a deal with Croatian clothing company Varteks on Monday…
Croatian F.A President Davor Šuker Varteks CEO Zoran Košćec signed the deal in Varaždin yesterday which will see Croatia kitted out in Varteks’ popular ‘Di Caprio’ suits.
“Varteks will take care of the complete ‘outfit’ of the Croatian football team and its management,” said Košćec, reminding the press that Croatia wore Varteks suits when they were on the big stage for the first time at Euro 1996 in England.
“I am especially happy that we found a top quality solution in Croatia, and I hope that the partnership with the Croatian Football Federation benefits Varteks equally, who have the quality and potential to reach success on the world stage, like the Croatian team,” said F.A President Šuker.
