As of today, Croatia now has three restaurants with a Michelin Star.

On Thursday it was confirmed that Pelegrini in Sibenik, and Restaurant 360 in Dubrovnik have met the strict criteria and become the second and third restaurants to receive the honour of a Michelin Star.

Last year Monte in Rovinj was the first restaurant to be awarded the Michelin Star.

Pelegrini, which has been at the very top of Croatia’s, and Europe’s gastro scene, is deserved of the honour. Pelegrini was named Croatian Restaurant of the Year for the last three years.

Set inside Dubrovnik walls, above the port, surrounded by beautiful architecture, Restaurant 360 is famous for its Mediterranean specialties.

Influenced by the local history and the Adriatic sea, the menu is based on the classics of Croatian cuisine, combined with a modern twist.

Congratulations to both restaurants.
