Croatia Among World’s TOP 20 Biggest Coffee Drinkers

Croatia is among the TOP 20 biggest coffee drinking nations in the world.

Croatians guzzle down 4.9 kg per capita of coffee annually, putting them in 19th place in the world.

With the London Coffee Festival starting today, The Telegraph have mapped the world’s biggest coffee drinking countries, according to statistics from the International Coffee Organization.

The US, who came in 26th, and the UK, who were ranked 45th in the world, did not come close to the biggest coffee loving nations.


In first place, knocking down 12 kg per capita per year, was Finland, followed by fellow Nordic countries Iceland and Denmark.

Bosnia and Herzegovina were the highest ranked nation in the region, coming in 11th (6.1 kg).
