Croatia Airlines has launched a new direct seasonal route between Dubrovnik and Germany.
The first Stuttgart–Dubrovnik fight touched down on Friday, marking the first-ever direct air connection between Dubrovnik and the capital of the German state of Baden-Württemberg.
The new service will operate twice weekly, on Mondays and Fridays, until 23 October 2026.
According to Croatia Airlines, the route aims to further strengthen connectivity between Croatia and Germany, one of the country’s most important tourism and economic markets. One-way fares on the new service are expected to start from €131.
The airline highlighted that the introduction of the Dubrovnik–Stuttgart route enhances links between key destinations with strong tourism demand and economic potential, while also improving travel options for both leisure and business passengers.
Croatia Airlines sales manager Marija Pavić previously noted that Germany remains one of the leading source markets for Croatian tourism.
She emphasised that the new route will enable faster and simpler access for travellers from Baden-Württemberg to Dubrovnik and the wider Dubrovnik-Neretva region.
She also underlined the importance of the route for Croatian residents and the diaspora in Germany, particularly those living and working in the Stuttgart area, offering improved connectivity with Croatia.
In addition to the new Stuttgart connection, Dubrovnik will continue to be linked with several major European destinations in the 2026 schedule, including Munich, Frankfurt, Athens, Paris, Prague, Rome and Zurich, as well as domestic routes to Osijek and Zagreb.
