Croatia 97th in the World for Internet Download Speed

CroatiaCroatia is 97th in the world when it comes to speed of downloading from the internet, with a speed of 6.67 Million Bits Per Second (Mbps). The results were measured between 29 October and 27 November, reports Gadgeterija

The fastest areas in Croatia are:

Križevci – 22,24 Mbps
Bjelovar – 12,28 Mbps
Sesvete – 7,97 Mbps
Velika Gorica – 7,75 Mbps
Zagreb – 7,71 Mbps

When compared to their neighbours, Croatia was 2 spots behind Bosnia and Herzegovina (95th – 6.74 Mbps), 50 behind Slovenia (47th – 14.68 Mbps) 15 behind Serbia (82nd – 6.74 Mbps) and 4 places ahead of Montenegro (101 – 6.42 Mbps).

The top 5 fastest average downloading nations were:

Hong Kong – 71.01 Mbps
Singapore – 52.94 Mbps
Romania – 51.40 Mbps
South Korea – 47.50 Mbps
Sweden – 42.69 Mbps
