Chelsea Target Becomes Croatian Football League’s Youngest Ever Debutant

A 16-year-old Croatian kid has rewritten the record books this weekend when he became the youngest ever debutant in the Croatian National Football League (HNL).

Cibalia striker Marko Dabro, who has already captured the interest of big clubs such as Chelsea and Juventus, made his HNL debut on Saturday against KN Split at just 16-years and 2 days old.

The Croatian U-17 star beats a record which was only held for a very short time by Dinamo Zagreb’s latest wunderkind Alen Halilovic.  Dabro says that his idol is Brazilian Falcao and off the pitch it is Croatian star Luka Modric. Dabro hopes to join a big club one day and win a golden boot award.
