British Airways to reduce flights between London and Zagreb

British Airways

ZAGREB, 15 August 2020 – British Airways is to cut back the number of weekly flights to Zagreb from London Heathrow in September this year, Croatian Aviation writes.

British Airways is currently operating one daily flight between London and Zagreb with an A319 and A320 aircraft. Due to the low demand, the airline will reduce the number of weekly flights between two cities in September this year.

From September 1st, British Airways will fly 6 times per week on the Zagreb – London route, daily except Wednesdays, while from September 7th there will be 5 flights per week with no flight on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

There is a possibility that British Airways will reduce more flights on this route in the near future, due to an increase in COVID-19 cases in Croatia.

Other British Airways flights to Dubrovnik, Split and Pula in Croatia are at the moment without any operational changes.

Croatia Airlines is planning to operate 3 flights per week on the Zagreb – London route (Monday, Wednesday, Friday), but the schedule for September is not confirmed yet.
