Austrian Airlines

ZAGREB, 30 June 2020 – Austrian Airlines has announced that it will resume its flights to Zadar on Croatia’s Dalmatian Coast from the capital Vienna this summer season, Croatian Aviation reports

The original plan was to start flying on this route at the end of March with one daily flight, but due to the pandemic situation that did not happen.

Austrian Airlines is currently flying from Vienna to Zagreb, Split and Dubrovnik with the Zadar service to be introduced in July.

Vienna – Zadar will start operating from July 10th, 3 times per week. An E195 aircraft will be used on this route every Monday, Thursday, and Saturday, with the exception of the first flight which will operate on Friday as well.

Austrian Airlines has made additional changes in its schedule for July with increased frequency on two routes to Croatia.

Vienna – Dubrovnik was scheduled to operate with 4 weekly flights in July, but the airline will increase that number to 6 flights per week (from July 10th), every day of the week except Tuesday.

Vienna – Split was scheduled to operate with 3 weekly flights, but the airline increased service on this route to 6 flights per week, every day except Wednesday.

Vienna – Zagreb will have 8 weekly flights, daily, with exception every Thursday (two daily flights).
