Australian indie star Courtney Barnett to play Zagreb for first time

Zagreb, 22 March 2019 – Australian singer Courtney Barnett, who is one of the world’s most prominent names in indie rock music over the last five years, will play in Zagreb for the first time in May. 

Barnett will play at Tvornica kulture in the capital on Tuesday, 21 May with her live band as part of her world tour promoting her latest studio album “Tell Me How You Really Feel”. 

Barnett’s debut album, Sometimes I Sit and Think, and Sometimes I Just Sit, was released in 2015 to widespread acclaim. At the ARIA Music Awards of 2015 she won four awards from eight nominations. She was nominated for Best New Artist at the 58th Annual Grammy Awards and for International Female Solo Artist at the 2016 Brit Awards.

She has also played at a number of top festivals around the world such as Coachella, Primavera Sound and Lollapalooza.

Tickets go on sale on for 120 kuna on 26 March. On the day of the concert they will be 150 kuna. They will be available at Dirty Old Shop (Tratinska 18), Rockmark (Berislavićeva 13), Aquarius CD Shop (Varšavska 13), Dallas Music Shop Rijeka (Splitska 2a) and all Eventim outlets and online at www.eventim.hr.
