Famous Italian tenor and singer-songwriter Andrea Bocelli is preparing for his up-coming will concert in the Croatian capital Zagreb next month.

Bocelli, who became blind at the age of twelve following a football accident, will perform at Zagreb’s Arena on 10 March 2018.

The concert, which will mark International Women’s Day, will be Bocelli’s fourth appearance in Croatia, after concerts in Zagreb in 1999 and 2014, and Pula in 2005.

Bocelli says that it is because of his attentive audiences, and fans which are full of love, why he loves to return to Croatia so often.

So what does he have planned for his latest concert next month in the capital?

“I hope I have not bored them after so many visits. Like always, I will try to bring the best of Italian music, music which rests on the tradition of opera which we know was born in Italy and definitely, this is the music I love the most. At the end of the concert, I will also sing some of my songs that made me famous,” Bocelli told Nova TV.

Bocelli heads off to America on Thursday where he will perform five concerts before returning to Europe on 23 February.

Tickets can be purchased for the concert via Eventim, Muzika.hr and Rockmark in Zagreb.
