Ana Konjuh in US Open Final in New York

Ana_Konjuh_at_the_2013_US_Open_1Croatian junior tennis player Ana Konjuh has advanced through to the final of the Junior US Open on Saturday in New York after a straight sets win in the semi-final against Japan’s Mayo Hini 6-3, 6-3. Second seed Konjuh (15) needed just one hour and 27 minutes to make it through to her first US Open final. The Dubrovnik-born teen, who won both the singles and doubles event at the Australian Open earlier this year, will play American Alice Black in the final.
