Ana Konjuh (15) Wins Her First Senior Tennis Title In France

Promising Croatian junior tennis player Ana Konjuh has won her first senior tennis title.

Dubrovnik-born Konjuh (15) has beaten 18-year-old Russian Irina Kromacheva 6:3, 6:1 in the final of the 25,000 USD hard court tournament in Montpellier on Sunday. The result continues a great year for the hard-hitting Croatian who won the junior Australian Open earlier this year in both the singles and doubles event. Konjuh also made in through to the semi-finals at the recent Roland Garros tournament in France.
