Aminess opens new five-star Vollo Hotel Residences near Opatija

Aminess Hotels & Resorts has expanded its premium hospitality portfolio in Croatia with the opening of the new five-star Aminess Younique Vollo Hotel Residences in Volosko, adding a new luxury accommodation option to the Opatija Riviera.

Located just outside Opatija, the newly renovated property introduces the company’s branded residences concept, combining the privacy and space of residential-style accommodation with the services and facilities of a premium hotel.

The development features 58 accommodation units, ranging from apartments to spacious penthouses. The largest residences include a 233-square-metre penthouse and a 263-square-metre rooftop apartment with four bedrooms. Each unit has been designed in a contemporary style, with landscaped terraces overlooking Kvarner Bay.

Guests have access to a range of facilities, including an outdoor swimming pool with a sun terrace and lounge area, a boutique gym and spa, relaxation areas, mini golf and a children’s playground.

The property is also home to Harbour Health Club, a multidisciplinary wellness centre offering physical therapy, rehabilitation, wellness programmes and personalised health services. Dining is provided by Aminess’ Il Cantuccio trattoria, which focuses on the group’s signature gourmet offering.

Mladen Knežević, President of the Management Board of Aminess, said the opening marks an important step in the company’s strategy to expand its premium accommodation portfolio.

He added that the project combines modern design with residential-style privacy while providing the services of a luxury hotel, and expressed confidence that it would further strengthen Opatija’s appeal as a year-round destination.
