After signing ‘sale-leaseback’ agreements for 8 Konzum supermarkets in Croatia back in December 2012, American corporate financing firm W.P. Carey have signed another ‘sale-leaseback’ agreement with the Agrokor Group, this time for 5 stores around the country…
W.P. Carey have purchased 5 of Agrokor’s Konzum supermarkets in Croatia, worth a reported 67 million euros. The sold Konzum supermarkets, which is the largest chain in Croatia, are located in the capital Zagreb (3), and on the Dalmatian coast in Split and Zadar. W.P. Carey have this year invested more than 350 million euros in projects in Europe.
