One of the oldest summer events in Croatia has begun for the 65th year in a row on Thursday night…
The 65th Dubrovnik Summer Festival was officially opened by Mayor Andro Vlahušić last night, with both locals and visitors able to enjoy more than 80 music, theatre, film and various other performances from over 2,000 artists during the 6-week festival which will close on 25 August 2014. More than 18 Foreign Ministers from Europe, as well as officalls from international organisations who were in town for the 9th Croatia Forum, attended the opening. (pic: Dubrovnik Summer Festival)
