Zagreb, June 2, 2023 – Curtis James Jackson III, better known as 50 Cent, will be coming to the Croatian capital as part his The Final Lap world tour.

The award-winning rapper, television producer, and actor, who will celebrate the 20th anniversary of his debut album “Get Rich or Die Tryin'”, one of the most significant and best-selling hip-hop albums in history, with this tour, will perform at Arena Zagreb on October 17, 2023.

The Final Lap tour starts in July in Salt Lake City, and 50 Cent will tour the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and New Zealand until the beginning of next year, performing over 80 concerts.

The concert in Zagreb is his only visit to the region on this tour. Throughout the entire tour, he will be accompanied by his close friend and another hip-hop giant, Busta Rhymes. Due to high public interest and sold-out concerts in just a few weeks, new dates have been added in the United Kingdom and Europe. Furthermore, 50 Cent’s recent statement that this could be his last tour has caused even greater demand for tickets.

“I need to focus on my film and television projects, and I have many other things happening behind the scenes that I need to work on. I won’t be touring as I used to before. But this time, I’m really enjoying myself and not feeling any pressure,” he said to his fans during a live video on his Instagram. Additionally, before the start of “The Final Lap Tour,” 50 Cent promised a setlist consisting of 50 songs, including his greatest hits, favourites, and those he hasn’t performed live in decades.

Recognised as one of the most talented and prolific musical artists of his time, a winner of Grammy, Emmy, Billboard Music, MTV Music, and numerous other awards, he gained fame with his record-breaking debut album “Get Rich or Die Tryin'” and has since sold over 30 million albums worldwide.

Singles like “In da Club,” “P.I.M.P,” and “21 Questions” achieved global success, and the album featured guest appearances by Young Buck, Nate Dogg, Tony Yayo, Lloyd Banks, and Eminem, who was the first to discover 50 Cent and immediately signed him to his Shady Records label. The album quickly reached the top spot on the Billboard 200 chart and was the best-selling album in the United States in 2003.

Following his immense musical success, Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson leveraged his star power to achieve equal success as an enterprising actor and television producer. In 2005, he founded G-Unit Film & Television Inc., a production company that produced a wide range of content for various platforms and sold numerous shows to different networks. Among them was the critically acclaimed series “Power,” in which he not only acted but also served as an executive producer and director.

Throughout the entire “Get Rich or Die Tryin'” tour, 50 Cent will be accompanied by his great friend Busta Rhymes, another iconic name in hip-hop. As one of the best hip-hop lyricists known for his unique visual style, Busta Rhymes has been nominated for a Grammy award 12 times.

50 Cent and Busta Rhymes are preparing a grand hip-hop show that should not be missed. Ticket presales start on Monday, June 5, exclusively for Eventim.hr newsletter subscribers, while general ticket sales begin on Tuesday, June 6, through the Eventim.hr system and physical Eventim outlets.
