“We are pleased to be able to host and award foreign journalists this year again who, with their media features, contributed to the visibility of Croatia as a tourist destination and its products,” HTZ director Kristjan Stanicic said.

The journalists arrived from media companies from the UK, the Netherlands, Russia, Italy, the US, Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, France, Hungary, Ukraine, Sweden, Denmark, Spain and Slovenia.

The HTZ presents the Golden Pen awards in three categories: best print media feature, best electronic media feature, and best blog post.
