2 Croatian Films Awarded at Sarajevo Film Festival

In the short film category, Una Gunjak’s ‘The Chicken’ won the top award, whilst ‘Naked Island’, directed by Tiha K. Gudac, won the Heart of Sarajevo award for the best documentary film. The Turkey-France-Germany co-production ‘Song of My Mother’, directed by Erol Minta, picked up the festival’s best film award. The best actor award went to Feyyaz Duman for his role in ‘Song of My Mother’, whilst Mari Kitia won best actress for her role in ‘Brides’
