Zagreb’s famous Dolac farmers markets, located just above Zagreb’s main square, have relocated after 85 years…

Reconstruction of Dolac markets has already started and on Monday the popular morning shopping spot relocated for the first time since 1930. The new location is only down the steps to Zagreb’s main Ban Jelačić square, which was once home to the fruit and vege markets.

Until works are finished, expected by the summer of 2016, Zagreb will have one of the rare main European squares which is home to a farmers market.
