Whitesnake Rocks Zagreb

Legendary British band Whitesnake have rocked the Croatian capital Zagreb last night (Saturday), when they played a one-off concert at Dom Sportova as part of their Year of the Snake world tour.

The band, formed in the late 1970′s by former Deep Purple member David Coverdale, showed the Croatian crowd why they were named the 85th greatest hard rock band of all time by VH1. Their most commercially successful album worldwide was their self-titled album in 1987, which featured the classic hit “Here I Go Again”.  “What a concert! when they belted out their classics the crowd went wild, top concert!,” said one British fan at last night’s concert to Croatia Week.
