Luka Modrić became the first ever Croatian to be named in the FIFA World XI last night at the Ballon d’Or awards in Zurich last night…
Before Modrić took to the stage last night at football’s most prestigious awards ceremony, two other Croatians took centre stage. Luka Šulić and Stjepan Hauser, better known as 2Cellos, opened the evening with the rendition of their rendition of Thunderstruck, which was a global hit when they released it last year.
