[VIDEO] Former Hajduk Split and Dinamo Zagreb Player Stars on X Factor

sgOnly a handful of players can claim to have played for both of Croatia’s biggest clubs and rivals Hajduk Split and Dinamo Zagreb, but there is only one person who can now claim playing for both clubs and featuring on popular television music competition The X Factor…

Stipe Glasović (27) made his debut on the show, which is in its first season in Croatia, over the weekend, and his performance impressed the judges. Singing “Čuvam te” by Aleksandra Radović, the former Croatia U-17 international got the ‘Yeses’ required to advance through to the next round.

Glasović, whose career ended early after a succession of injuries, was on the books at Dinamo Zagreb until he was poached by Hajduk Split when he was 17 years old. Glasović scored a crucial goal against Portugal which sent Croatia U-17 to the European Championships in 2005.
