Split Shipyard to Build World’s Biggest Sailboat

Brodosplit have signed a contract with Star Clippers in Monaco to build the passenger sailboat which will be the world’s largest once it is complete. The ship, which will be able to take 300 passengers, will be 162 metres long, and will have five masts and sails with a total area of 5,574 square metres.

The ship will be the biggest of its kind in the world once it is delivered in 2017.
