Split Airport Gets Free Electric Car Charging Station

Besides Split airport, HT will open four more electric vehicle charging stations in the Split-Dalmatian County – at Hotel Park, Hotel Cornaro, City Centar One Split in Split, and Aparthotel Miramare in Makarska.

“In this way we are promoting eMobility and the construction of an infrastructure for e-vehicles. We want to connect the whole County and through the e-platform join the European network of charging stations. We want to help boost the number of Croatian citizens interested in purchasing electric vehicles, and also to respond to the growing interest and needs both of our citizens and those of tourists,” said Split-Dalmatia County’s Zlatko Ževrnja.

HT’s project, which is in collaboration with the Split-Dalmatia County and other project partners, aims to provide all users of electric vehicles allows free access to charging stations in the Split-Dalmatia County by 1 March 2016.
