Snow Hits Dalmatian Coast

A rare sight greeted residents on Croatia’s Dalmatian coast when they rose early on Saturday morning – snowfall. Portal Dalmacijanews reported that snow began falling in the towns of Dugi Rat, Omis, parts of the Makarska riviera and even on the island of Hvar. The forecast for the weekend is more snow, even for some of the Dalmatian islands.
