Seaplanes to Connect More Croatian Islands From Spring

Losinj
After connecting the northern Adriatic island of Rab in October with Zagreb and Split, and the island of Hvar with Split two months earlier, European Coastal Airlines (ECA) have announced a range of new routes set to launch in the spring…

ECA will fly its 19-seater DHC-6 Twin Otter from the port city of Rijeka to the islands of Rab, Cres, Krk and Lošinj from next spring. It is expected that tickets for the Rijeka – Rab flight will cost around 200 kuna (27 euros). The travel time for the Rijeka – Rab flight will be 20 minutes, and just 10 minutes between Rijeka and Krk and Cres. ECA are also planning direct flights from Pula to Lošinj (40 euros), and to the Italian destinations of Ancona, Ravenna and Venice. (pic: ECA)
