Only 1 Croatian Beach Makes CNN’s World Top 100 Beach List

Only one Croatian beach has managed to make CNN’s World’s Top 100 best beaches list. Paradise beach, on the northern Adriatic island of Rab has been selected by CNN at number 90 on the list.

The Croatian island of Rab claims to be the birthplace of modern skinny-dipping.
In 1936, King Edward VIII and Wallis Simpson obtained permission from city authorities to bathe naked in the inlet of Kandalora, and people have been doing the same on the island’s beaches ever since.
Highlight: The sea remains shallow even half a kilometer out, making it an ideal place for novice swimmers, wrote CNN. Check out the list here, which is topped by Grande Anse Beach, La Digue Island in the Seychelles and see if you agree.
