50 A Burger & Champagne Bar set to open in Zagreb
A new Burger & Champagne Bar is to open just a stone’s throw away from the main Ban Jelačić square in Zagreb.
50 A Burger & Champagne Bar, which opened its first outlet on the island of Hvar in 2014, is to open also in Zagreb on European Square (17 Vlaška Ulica).
“50 brings a fresh interpretation to classic American dishes. We focus our love for American food on the beloved burger, crispy fries, and fresh filling salads. From our decadent truffle burger to our clean protein packed salads, we use only the freshest and best produce Croatia has to offer. Each dish is crafted to pair beautifully with a glass of one of our sparkling wines, champagnes, or imported beers. Hand crafted libations and a passionate staff create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for all,” says the crew at 50 A Burger & Champagne Bar.
What makes this burger bar different is the pairing of the burgers with champagne and bubbles. There will also craft beers and other beverages available.
50 A Burger & Champagne Bar is opened by a New York girl, Adena Lavin, with Nikola Marković executive chef and Ivana Ajtić GM. It is set to open this week so keep an eye out on their Facebook page for opening date.
