Modric: Happy To Score My First Goal At Home

Croatian star Luka Modric scored his first goal in Real Madrid colours last night to help coach Jose Mourinho enjoy his 100th win as Real Madrid boss when they beat Zaragoza 4-0 at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium in the Primera Liga.

Modric, who started the match with Michael Essien in the midfield, scored in injury time to make it 4-0.

“It is nice, I am really happy. It is even nicer that it happened in front of our fans. Of course, the most important thing is that we won the game, that we scored a lot of goals and easily won,” said Modric after the match.
