Melbourne Win 38th Croatian Football Tournament


The Melbourne Knights have won the annual Australian Croatian Football Tournament which was held on Australia’s Gold Coast this weekend.

The tournament, in its 38th year, features Croatian football teams from Australia and New Zealand and is the biggest Croatian football event in the diaspora.

This year’s winners the Melbourne Knights, who beat Dandenong in the final, have now won the last 3 consecutive tournaments. The 4-day long tournament is capped off with a gala event where the Miss Croatia beauty pageant is held.
