‘Friendly Derby’ Ends in Fitting Draw

Dinamo Zagreb’s hardcore Bad Blue Boys fans and Hajduk Split’s Torcida fans walked in convoy to Zagreb’s Maksimir stadium, before taking their place together in the east stand as they demonstrated together against the Croatian FA.

Hajduk Split took the lead in the 10th minute via their Ivorian striker Jean Evrard Kouassi, before Dinamo Zagreb equalised through Algerian international El Arbi Hillel Soudani. Duje Čop gave Dinamo Zagreb a deserved 2:1 lead before Anton Maglica rescued a point the boys from Split in the 90th minute.
