Zagreb has become the first place in Croatia to get an ATM machine that spits out Euros…

Zagrebačka banka (Zaba) have introduced a new service with an ATM machine that dispenses the Euro currency. The first Euros ATM machine in Croatia is located on Zagreb’s main Ban Josip Jelačić square.

At the moment customers can withdraw a maximum of 500 Euros per day and is accessible using Maestro or Visa Electron International Zaba cards. The service will be free until the end of March 2016, and then a 5 Kuna transaction fee will be introduced.

The bank said on Friday in a statement that similar machines will soon be placed in other locations around Croatia, including in Rijeka, Sesvete, Split and Nova Gradiška.
