Croatia Airlines Introduce New Menu & Eye New Routes

Croatia Airlines CEO Krešimir Kučko has announced on Monday that the country’s national carrier are set to launch a number of new routes in 2017.

“Analysis has been completed and it is most likely that new routes towards Scandinavia will open. Besides Stockholm, an Oslo connection will likely start”, Kučko told Hina at the launch of the airlines’ new Business Class menu.

The CEO also confirmed that studies have also been complete for new Moscow and Dublin routes as well as more connections during the summer to existing destinations.

Kučko says that Croatia Airlines in 2016 achieved positive business results, and also made some significant investments, including opening four new routes and 8 million dollars in the inspections of motors on its aircraft.

Passengers in Business Class will be able to enjoy in a new menu on Croatia Airlines flights from 30 November. The menu was created as part of the project ‘Inspired Croatia’.

Prepared by renowned Croatian chef Dino Galvagno, passengers will be able to enjoy traditional meals such as pašticada, purica s mlincima (turkey with mlinici), and viška pogača (salty fish pie).

Kučko said at the presentation of the new Business Class menu that Croatia Airlines can compete side by side with much stronger airlines in the food department. He says that has already been proved by the number of award the airline has won for its quality of food and service.
