Chelsea Set to Sign their 5th Croatian: ‘Kramarić a Done Deal’

Croatia57211Rijeka’s in-form Croatia international striker Andrej Kramarić has agreed terms with London club Chelsea FC, report media in Croatia…

Quoting ‘reliable sources’, daily Sportske Novosti say that Chelsea have finally agreed terms for the 23-year-old. Kramarić, who was the Croatian 2014 Player of the Year after scoring 21 times in 17 games, will earn 1 million euros per season, whilst his club Rijeka will immediately get 3.5 million euros from the deal which will increase to close to 6 million euros based on bonuses.

It is expected that Kramarić will be loaned out, just like the other four Croatians on Chelsea’s books, to either Leicester in the EPL or Vitesse in the Dutch league. Karlo Žiger, Mateja Delač, Stipe Perica and Mario Pašalić are the Croatians currently on the Stamford Bridge club books. (photo / HNS Drago Sopta)
