Over 200 Croatian goat and sheep breeders took their products to the Dalmatian town of Trogir for this year’s product judging event.
More than 170 products from sheep and goat milk arrived at this year’s judging organised by the Croatian Agriculture Agency. Gold. silver and bronze medals were awarded to the best goat and sheep cheese in Croatia.
Out of 92 of the best cheeses in the land, the Kornic family business from the island of Krk and Stancija Kumparicka, known as the goat cheese magicians from Istria, took out the accolades, reported HRT.
