Accommodation Stretched As Split And Hvar Set For 60,000 Music Fans

More than 60,000 people from over 80 countries around the globe are set to descend on the Dalmatian city of Split and the island of Hvar this weekend as one of the world’s most famous music festivals kicks off.

Armin Van Buuren, AVICII, Carl Cox & Friends, Hardwell, Adam Beyer, Fedde Legrand, Steve Aoki and Reboot are just some the names who will perform at Ultra Music Festival which will be held on Friday and Saturday at Split’s Poljud stadium, and concluding on Sunday at Amfora Grand Beach Resort on Hvar.

With the festival taking place over what is traditionally the start of the ‘peak tourist season’ weekend, accommodation providers will be stretched. Performances from all three days will be streamed globally through UMF TV and UMF Radio. Croatia will be home to the music spectacular for the next 5 years.
