60 Seconds With…Petra Meštrić

It is not only Croatia’s landscape and stunning coastline admired for its beauty – its women have forged a fairly decent reputation in that department too around the world. The latest to be officially recognised for her beauty is 20-year-old Petra Meštrić. Petra has just won the tittle of Miss Heart of Global United at the Global United Pageant and joins us for “60 Seconds With…”

Congratulations, Petra. Tells our readers about the title you just won? I won the tittle of Miss Heart of Global United at the Global United Pageant. It is an American pageant, and it has two options to enter, one is live at the pageant, and another is the online pageant. I entered the online pageant because I was not able to travel to the U.S. Instead of being on the stage I sent them my photos, and instead of answering questions on stage I wrote an essay.

Where are you from in Croatia? I am from Varaždin.

What are you up to at the moment? I graduated from high school, and now I am taking a few years off to try to work as a model. After that I want to go to university.

Do you have any goals in the modelling industry? I do not have a set goals in modelling, but I would like to do an editorial for a magazine.

Who is your favourite model? I like Adriana Lima, she is very talented.

And your favourite designer? Sherri Hill, I like her dresses.

What do you like to get up to in your spare time? I love running, it is the best thing to relax.

What is your favourite place in Croatia? I like my city Varaždin, I like Zagreb because I have a lot of cousins and friends there.

If you could travel anywhere, where would you go? Mexico City

What is next for Petra Meštrić? There are a couple of photo shoots that I need to do, we will see.
